Hello, I’m Elena Losada, a graduate in Tourism, and together with Rafael Sánchez de las Matas, Economist, and José Antonio Sánchez de las Matas, Lawyer, we are the founders of SM Real Estate.
The face of our agency is made up of Lynne Summers (British), Alice Askham (British), Oscar Cerezo (Spanish), and Ainoa Martín (Spanish), who have over 30 years of accumulated experience in the real estate sector. They are responsible for directly interacting with our clients, addressing their questions, providing solutions, and ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience at every step of the process.
Our cleaning team is made up of Maite Conejero, Elisabeth Mas, and Laura Rivas, who are responsible for ensuring that each vacation rental property is in pristine condition, paying attention to every detail to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
For maintenance, we have Manolo Casanova and Kevin Lloyd, who ensure that all technical and maintenance aspects of our properties are always in perfect working order. Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, we make sure that both the cleaning and maintenance of each property meet the highest quality standards, so our guests can enjoy a worry-free stay.
We reside in Nerja and have dedicated more than half of our lives to the real estate services in this town and along the Costa del Sol. Over the years, we have learned to not only understand the real estate market but also the needs and expectations of our clients.
